FireHQ ("FireHQ", "we", "us") provides an operations platform for Fire and EMS agencies. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit firehq.app or use the FireHQ platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including agency information, personnel records, apparatus and equipment data, inspection results, training records, and any other content you enter into the platform. We also collect account information (name, email, phone, role) for authentication and access control, and basic technical information (IP address, browser, device) for security and reliability.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; provide authentication and access control; respond to support and demo requests; communicate updates and service notices; meet legal, compliance, and audit obligations; and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
4. Data Isolation & Security
Agency data is isolated using row-level security so that one agency cannot access another agency's data. We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access to authorized personnel, and maintain audit logs of administrative actions.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, error reporting) under confidentiality and security obligations, or when required by law.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as your agency maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, audit, and operational purposes. Agencies may request export or deletion of their data subject to applicable record-retention obligations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact your agency administrator first, or email us at support@firehq.app.
8. Children
FireHQ is not intended for use by individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to agency administrators.
